Return Policy

At Educational Apparel, we work hard to provide outstanding service and products. Items may be exchanged, replaced, or refunded at our retail store, when we bring our mobile store to your school or by mail.

Any item which has not been washed, worn, has the original tags attached and has not been altered can be returned or exchanged for the purchase price. Items with stains, makeup or deodorant marks will be returned to the customer. Refunds will be issued in the same form of payment.

Please include a copy of the original invoice or receipt and indicate reason for the return as well as if a refund or exchange is needed.

Personalized and clearance items are final sale and cannot be returned.

Merchandise which is determined a manufacturing defect may be returned.

Items with normal wear and tear cannot be returned.
