Return Policy

At Educational Apparel, we work hard to provide outstanding service and products. Items may be exchanged, replaced, or refunded at our retail store, when we bring our mobile store to your school or by mail.

Return Policy: Items may be returned or exchanged for the purchase price if they are unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and have all original tags attached. Personalized and clearance items are final sale and cannot be returned. All items impacted by school-related changes (such as modifications to uniform policies, logos, or school closures) are final sale. This includes products that have been discontinued or replaced.

Please include a copy of the original invoice or receipt and indicate reason for the return as well as if a refund or exchange is needed.

Merchandise which is determined a manufacturing defect may be returned.

Items with normal wear and tear cannot be returned.
